I talk a lot about yoga, I am a true believer in kids yoga and how it molds your little ones mind, body, and spirit. Since I have been talking about Cadence and Stevie practicing yoga on my instagram blog, I was fortunate enough to meet up with Mister Mateo of PoserKids Yoga. Kids yoga is hard to come across for Pre-K ages. It takes concentration and practice, which is a growing skill at this age. So teaching young ones yoga takes the right person!
