Keeping Those Armpits Free Of Toxins

The older and wiser you get the more you realize the amount of chemicals and toxins there are in everything we put in and on our body. I have been on the hunt for a natural deodorant for quite some time now. Your armpits are loaded with lymph nodes and those lymph nodes are so close to our breasts. I wanted to keep that are free and clear of anything harsh! I was very interested in detoxing my armpits and starting fresh with all natural deodorant. Guess what?! I found one and I LOVE it!

I have been using Everyday Essence's all natural deodorant for a couple months now and it is hands down the best deodorant I have every used! It beats those chemically loaded deodorants, hands down.

So just to back track a little big before I get into my deodorant routine, in order for all natural deodorant to work successfully, it is important to detox your armpits first. All you do is mix Aztec Secret, Indian Healing Clay with apple cider vinegar and let it sit under your arms for 5 to 20 minutes. The first time doing the detox I would recommend roughly 5 minutes, just to make sure your body reacts okay. I did not have any kind of reaction while doing the detox. I have done it several times over the course of a couple months.

Now onto the deodorant. I have been alternating between Lemongrass and Eucalyptus Spearmint. Both of the scents are fantastic, and not over powering at all. I will be totally honest, I only need to use it about twice a week. I am active all day long with both of my girls, and being that it is summer and hot outside, I still don't need to use it everyday. This has NEVER happen for me, I used to have to wear deodorant everyday, and if I didn't I would be embarrassed with myself at how I would smell. I am no expert on detoxing armpits, but it has been wonderful! When I notice I am giving off a slight tinge of body odor, I put on a little bit of the Everyday Essence and poof gone instantly. The smell is gone and no sweating at all, it has made such a big difference. I will never go back to regular deodorant and I am so glad I decided to make the switch!
